If we fail to attend or carry out a confirmed appointment, and you have not received any service, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made in advance.
• Service not as described or incomplete:
If the work completed does not match the agreed scope or description provided in your booking or quotation, we may offer a partial or full refund after investigation.
• Repeated service failure:
If a guaranteed treatment (where applicable) fails after reasonable follow-up and you have met all conditions of the guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund or free re-treatment.
Refunds are not available for:
• Situations where pests reappear due to hygiene, property conditions, or external re-infestation beyond our control.
• Work carried out in accordance with the agreed service that met professional standards.
• Missed appointments caused by lack of access to the property, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow preparation instructions.

• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.
• If you cancel after our technician has arrived or begun treatment, a refund may not be available.
